Come, gather together via Zoom videoconferencing for regular sessions that include meditation, mutual gazing, and very brief check ins.
Sessions are free. Newcomers welcome!
Each session will be less than 1 hour long. You’ll have the opportunity to gaze with several other participants for 2 minutes each. We plan to offer these sessions a few times a week, and in time hope to make them available daily.

We Need Your Help!
Each Meditation/Gazing Session will be facilitated by two types of volunteers: Zoom operators and space holders.
We invite you to indicate your interest in volunteering for either or both roles by completing the form below. Volunteers will be asked to commit to a weekly time slot.
1) Zoom videoconferencing operators: very comfortable with computers and Zoom, familiarity with Excel spreadsheets (used to generate pairings for the gazing sessions), ability to multi-task quickly, ability to communicate directions clearly
2) NOTE: THE SPACE HOLDER SLOTS HAVE BEEN FILLED. WE WILL UPDATE THIS PAGE IF THAT CHANGES.
Space holders: well-established in Whole Being Realization (for a year or more), comfortable holding space for and facilitating groups
