Kelly Yi, PhD, is a licensed psychologist and a professor of clinical and transpersonal psychology at Sofia University and PAU/Stanford. He has trained and been deeply involved in various meditative and spiritual traditions since 1992. He has practiced intensively in Theravadan Vipassana, Zen, and Tibetan lineages. He also teaches and practices in related spiritual traditions such as Trillium Awakening, the Diamond Approach and shamanic lineages. Kelly guides students in how to integrate meditative and contemplative methods with modern psychotherapeutic techniques and perspectives.
