Event Details
As we dare to come forth authentically in this embodied path and develop more trust in Being, we naturally start to experience a freeing from conditioned responses. This forms a foundation for what I like to think of as a more alive, spontaneous, creative engagement with life. Every act can be creative, think of Amanda Gorman’s recitation at the inauguration. As we come forth more expressively, this has the potential to take us to our edges. Therein lies the transformative power of creative expression.
Please come prepared to share either an actual creative expression, a poem/free writing, a short dance, a piece of art (something you are wearing even!) or perhaps the memory of something you did. We will hold you as you delve into what this creative expression means to you at this time in your life.
