As we live the paradox of Spirit and Matter, we often feel the way they rub against each other in our daily experience. This rub can spark transformation when we allow ourselves to relax into the idea that who we are is inseparable from how we are in any given moment.
Authenticity comes from our embodiment of limitless consciousness in a limited, living and enlivened body. Our time together will explore this interrelationship of who and how through large group discussion, paired exercise, spiral sharing, and individual share time.
Online workshop with Subhaga Crystal Bacon
We’ll begin our day together with introductions and gazing, and a musical meditation followed by a brief teaching on the nature of our lived authenticity as an unfolding and momentary experience. The morning will end with a dyad exercise designed to drop us into who and how we are in the moment.
Following a one hour break for lunch, the afternoon will begin by engaging us through a spiral sharing of our experience of who and how we are followed by a debrief, and break.
The balance of the afternoon will be spent on individual shares, giving each participant an opportunity to cull from the day’s experience to deepen into recognition of their individual authenticity. The day will culminate with a checkout and closing meditation.
Each participant will receive a complimentary follow up session of 30 minutes after the retreat.
