Mutuality During Unprecedented Times
NOTE: This is a 3-hour sitting rather than a regular 2-hour sitting.
To put it mildly, 2020 has not been the year people expected. With all of the challenges with coronavirus including social distancing, new risks, and the uncertainty, most people find themselves more irritated than normal. This can put a strain on our relationships and make mutuality that much harder than it already is.
How can you navigate this challenging terrain in different types of relationships? And, how can you do it in a way that’s in alignment with your spiritual path in Trillium Awakening? How can you deal with the paradox of being “one with all” and yet also “socially distanced” from others?
During this workshop, we’ll explore these and related questions you may have. Some benefits of this workshop may include:
- experiencing some relief in the midst of the pressure-cooker that is 2020,
- a better understanding of how relationships can be part of your spiritual life so that you can use them as a vehicle for growth,
- learning how to be supported by Being through a deeper connection to your conscious nature so that you can experience more peace in the midst of relationship challenges,
- a deeper experience of practicing mutuality in relationship so that you have a template for resolving relationship conflicts more skillfully.
If you are new to Trillium Awakening, your prerequisites are attendance at an online Trillium Awakening Introduction or participation in a Free 1-to-1 Introductory Session with a Trillium Awakening teacher.
If you are not new to Trillium Awakening, your prerequisites are previous participation at an in-person or virtual sitting, workshop, or retreat, or having sessions with a Trillium Awakening teacher.
