Hello; I’m delighted to meet you here and to share a bit of myself with you.

When I was first introduced to Waking Down in Mutuality several years ago, I knew immediately that the trilogy of Consciousness, Embodiment and Mutuality resonated deeply with my Being, and I I wanted to be part of this amazing community. After experiencing my Whole Being Realization in 2015; I went on to become a Trillium Awakening Mentor in 2018 and Interning Teacher in 2021.

I have been very involved in Trillium Awakening in a variety of roles, including hosting mutuality cafes, gazing sessions & facilitating mutuality groups. I have also organized & hosted eight Retreats including two in person and another six online since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. I mentored at five of those Retreats and taught at the last three. That level of initiation in working with gifted Trillium Awakening teachers; exploring, unfolding and sharing very profound teachings, has blessed me with understandings and a deep curiosity that continues to grow & expand.

I have also been active in the TA Teachers Circle; serving as chair of the TATC monthly meetings, and member of the Operations Circle.

I am a Registered Social Worker & have been supporting individuals and families for almost 40 years through a variety of Child Protective Service positions, as well as in private practice.

In my private practice since 2001, I have focused on supporting people to live more passionate & loving lives though Tantra courses, Women’s Empowerment workshops, and private sessions with couples & individuals. I offer a monthly Trillium Awakening sitting, focused on exploring embodiment as a spiritual practice.

I am excited to be on this profound journey and would love to support you on yours.
